An American hero Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) is present, Where started from a young man who wanted to become a soldier, although physically is not sufficient to be a soldier, that's why he often fails. But with unyielding nature, Steve then register themselves to be part of a military experiment known as Project: Rebirth. The purpose of this program is to create a super soldier who will be relegated to the battlefield.
With existing technology, the U.S. military later changed Steve Rogers into the super soldier named Captain America. Unfortunately, the government considers this experiment was to spend the cost is too high and therefore not willing to have Captain America fell to the battlefield. Instead, Captain America and then used as a mascot to boost morale of the soldiers.
Soon word got out that a named member of the Nazi Red Skull (Hugo Weaving) turned out to have evil plans for world domination by using powerful magical objects known as the Tesseract.
